Justin Olive is the Co-founder and Operating Owner of Common Grounds, a beloved local coffee establishment of 3 retail locations and a wholesale division that will proudly celebrate its 10th anniversary this October. Justin’s journey to entrepreneurship was shaped by his upbringing in ministry, where he initially believed his journey would take. However, through life events and a love for coffee and community, he found his path in the world of business. Justin’s passion for people and operations is the cornerstone of his work and he has instilled this upon his company’s culture. Beyond his professional endeavors, Justin has a wife of 7 years and 2-year old son that keeps him busier than the shops themselves. His journey up to this point has led him to a life dedicated to his family, business, and God.
